I call that the FWIF (**** with it factor). The older you get, the more the FWIF comes into play, and the more you're willing to pay for stuff to be done.

"Well, this job has about a 3:1 FWIF. I'll just pay someone to do it."

Moved a few logs the other day. I may never get a side by side but even then, I couldn't get the log into the back of it. This was I just drag it to the back. LOL The $295 winch has paid for itself many, many times over. LOL

Stopped by the resale shop and saw this window, a Jenweld for $25. New is around $250. I'm going to see how it looks on the west wall of the garage whenever they decide to bring it and build it. LOL

We took a "Hard Hat" tour of it many years ago. Went into the bowels of the dam, walked out a tunnel to a grate right on the face, etc. It is truly a sight to see. It's all done in art-deco style, the machine room is so clean you could probably eat off the floor - it's just beautiful. Well worth it.

Yay it got here. Been a long two weeks. Showed up and dumped the garage pieces in the yard and took off for the hotel. Bad storms in the area but they'll be back.

Well it's done. Almost lost my mind but I made it. The building crew fought the entire time and I had to stay in the house. Juan (Carlos) was outstanding but the other guy would not leave me alone. Holy "get back to work dude". LMAO Anyhow very pleased and we'll see if it leaks. LOL
Started moving in stuff last night. Heat is rough so I'll have to take it easy for a bit but I'm excited to get back to work in a garage. It's been a decade.
This is a local outfit out of Arkansas called A & T Buildings. Very good quality materials, not a scratch, not one screw in the wrong place. (has not rained yet) LOL
