These are cable tie holders to clip on your bag or belt. They are spring tensioned so you just pull a wire tie out the front as you use them.
I had some of these already but they were plastic and a couple got wrecked when attached to my bag and it was slammed in the back of my truck.
These are aluminum so hopefully they are more durable.

Cut the other end of the bag and pull one out by the tail and five fall to the ground. The vertical cut also helps to pull out one at a time vs. a horizontal cut.

Yeah the lock is mostly for the wobble fixed mostly stays put but you can pull it back into wobble. I am liking them!
I would like to aks you a question. That wobble fix, do you get to choose between normal and wobble via some feature of the locking collar? Or by just pushing the extension harder into the socket? I've had the latter on some cheap impact extensions and I did not like it. But I sure do love wobble extensions. And locking extensions.
I normally recommend the HF $20 (well, used to be $20) set of four 3/8" locking extensions. They're my go-to and I like 'em plenty. (Like some other HF products, kind of a kit you have to finish -- remove tiny set screws with Allen key holes, reinstall with Loctite.)

Were the replacements made in the USA? I believe that they have moved most of their new production overseas.SK was kind enough to toss me a new 11/16 socket because they recognized that my older SK Wayne equivalent is a hateful, evil thing.
More importantly, they gave me a repair kit for a ratchet that was falling apart.
The difference it made is absurd.
The length did cause me to pause when I was looking at these wrenches . But I had some thoughts about this:
Yes, I did receive USA replacements. SK does have a facility in PA for producing a limited range of legacy items (ratchets, chrome sockets, pliers, etc. if the website's COO labels are to be believed) but I have no idea what scale they're working at, if this was recently produced, a NOS socket pulled from the shelves, or if it was a coin toss between a US socket or one of the imports.
Mine will be here Monday! 1/4" and 3/8" six piece
