The length did cause me to pause when I was looking at these wrenches . But I had some thoughts about this:
> Martin Tools wrenches were double the price, even with international shipping. So I needed to make a compromise
> Back in my industrial line maintenance days, shorter wrenches were often times a benefit
> FACOM sells the 440 wrenches all over Europe. If the wrenches truly posed a disadvantage, why are they so well-regarded
I have some, haven't used them much yet, but they are really nice! If circumstances require me to start over someday, I'd pray they made long pattern sets of these by then. Until then, these are in my road bag (neato plastic organizer) and the Craftsman Professionals are my go-to tool chest sets.
