    Makes a huge difference. For liner in a common garage without heavy use and stuff beating up on the walls I would use the 29 ga. liner, much lighter and easier to handle and drill.

    PreDrill is great. Not sure what guage material you are using but predrill would be a must woking overhead. The metal panels will hang overhead with just a few screws a person on each end might be all you need. Might try a jigsaw for the cutouts, nibblers are tough to use around the ribs making...

    I have taken small ball bearing or shot and made a sinker for fishing. It is a weedless type system.

    How much does railroad track cost??

    Not sure about the price, but I do know overhead crane rails are the same configuration. Those get worn and replaced pretty often to. Might be an option for someonne.

    Thanks for the post. I am a lover of bluegrass music. We have a baber shop here that used to do that but most have died out and rarely is there music there anymore. Sad but part of the times.

    It will be relatively low power, 300-350 HP max. As far as gusseting the tube goes thru and welds in the the interior boxing member. Thanks for the comments.

    Wow I am supprised no one has thought out the safety issue here. It would need to be mounted high enough not to get into it. Other than that cool idea.

    Nice work but why is the 4-link installed upside down? We were left to our own for the install. I have seen them this way. But you now have me second guessing myself.

    Cool video. I like that track. I go to Beach Bend several times a year. Especially for the Hot Rod Reunion Fathers Day Weekend. I live a few mile from the track.
