    Yall my original cart the wheels broke off. If I had it to do over again I would forgo the original cart. The metal was much thinner that what I was using and I had alot of blow throughs. Here is the welding part (My daughter and I), plus I had to weld up some of the window frame. finish frame

    Liquid nails to glue the back on. I used 3/4 square tubing to build the frame. Originally the seat was solid blue, I thought it needed something so I used some paint made for vinyl and cloth to change. I will probably have to redo it from time to time, but hay it covers the stains

    Air Tool Storage

    I use the cheap 5 pack couplers from Harbor Freight (I don't use them on air hoses) This enables me to see when I am missing an air tool. When I get a new air tool I install another coupler.

    All the bottom cabinets have 300lb rated drawers that pull out so I can easily put my chop saw, etc in them. Also you get full use of the whole cabinet. Stold the idea from my wifes kitchen cabinets.:beer:

    I have been polishing aluminum for years, I have a 3/4 hp bench polisher, all different types of wheels air tools, etc. Most of my polishing I do is with a bench polisher or with my air tool grinders. Here is my problem, the part I have is on the car and would be very difficult to take it off...

    Anyone build their own cabinets?

    All the bottom cabinets have drawers/shelves in them with 300 pound sliders that allow you to put a chop saw etc. in the them easy and slide them in. It also allows to see everything in the cabinet.:thumbup:

    Steve Wholesale is a great place in OKC area. http://steveswholesaletools.com/ They are privatley owned and carry all sorts of tools and usally can not beat there price. My wife thinks I keep them in business. :thumbup:

    It depends how rough the surface is. If it is fairly rough it is best to grind and then sand to 2000 grit or less then start polishing.

    How Do You Control Spiders?

    My uncle was bit by one on the back. The doctor had to cut out the section that he was bit in. The local news gives out reminders from time to time to watch for them in shoes ect.
