    The Best Light Fixture Ever!

Thanks for the info. In your opinion what light style would be best for a 15' ceiling in an RV garage (no RV yet) with the shop at the rear half. I want bang for my buck and minimal cost. TIA.

    The Best Light Fixture Ever!

There seems to be some new options I'm seeing on Amazon as opposed to the standard 4' LED lights on here. Anybody planning on using LED troffers or LED UFOs? They are rated around 10000 to 20000+ lumens! for 1 unit. Here's a UFO unit rated 28k lumens, but who knows for sure...

They said we can move in without painting the siding until it gets warmer and drier. This is like one of those 20 year snow storms, not typical and our first time living in it. Enjoying it so far.

16' ceilings. Not sure about the exterior height. No doubt, although I'm waiting for the trim to see if that's done correctly. Ugh, I'll need to check. Thanks for pointing that out.

They completed the roof and worked on the covered patio and balcony. I also discovered a mistake. The front, upstairs window box over the 2-car garage should be wider, the window openings larger and have a roof over it. You can see this in the model vs. build photo below. You can clearly...

They did it for the RV garage becuase it was a straight shot of trusses and then hoisted by crane I assume. The builder is estimating a Jan 20 move in date.

Very cool. Any opinion on ecobee vs. nest? I'm definitely installing a smart thermostat but not sure which one yet. The new man cave looks fantastic by the way.

Thanks Hostyle, does it take more time in NL? A full custom home plan would have taken longer, but our home is based on one of many plans that are available in the new home community. They have it down to a science when it comes to permits, construction and scheduling.
