Re: Sears.com. 10 dollars off a 20 dolar purchase coupon. I don't know which pliers you bought because almost all of them are labeled Hot Buy and the coupon doesn't work on those.

I wonder why the electronics in their calipers are so much more efficient. Seems like a design flaw because their calipers last a while even leaving it on.

I also received mine and it looks new to me. I also hate when retailers ship in the original box. Anyways, even though I got what I paid for and got a good deal, I certainly will not be doing business with this company again. It's too risky.

Ok, I think I figured it out. From your screenshot I noticed that you had a 99 cents socket in your cart. Those don't work for some reason but the 84 cents sockets do. Try the exact socket I linked to above or another one that is 84 cents. That should work.
