    2-post lift questions...???

    i definately want the 2-post lift as i do more work than storage(hence the 4-post), im going to have to wait a while to figure out which one i want...what is the best buy for my money??? also is there a standard measurement on the width location of the posts, as i need to pour footings...

    What type of plans do i need???

    Im building a detatched garage approx 50x40....Trying to figure out the best way to get plans, do i need to buy plans, or can i improvise, i help me out guys....also if im going with 12' ceilings do i need to go 2x6 or can i stick with 2x4's?
