Wow, does Sears ever ****.
I ordered my boxes on the 25th. The online system showed them in stock. I even received an email that said they were ready for pickup. Then the store calls me and says "no, we actually don't really have them here, we'll have to order them." Dissapointed, I say okay...
Interesting, but this continues to show at the sale price of $699 today. I thought it expired yesterday. They must be trying to unload them.
I bought one and it showed in store at all three stores within 15 miles of me. Of course, none of them actually HAD the top box in stop, so now I wait...
If you didn't get in on this deal, don't fret.
I stopped by the local Sears tonight after taking my boys to dinner. I thought I would check out the box, and if I liked it, go home and order it (didn't have time to go through it with the boys in tow). Nice box. I don't like that the upper box...
Get this set. I have it. It goes through metal like butter.

Well, after running it a bit yesterday, I'm not as pleased as I was before. Mainly, it doesn't appear to shut off when it hits 150 psi in the tank. It just runs, and runs, and runs. Any idea what the problem is? I may have got a lemon.
Picked it up today. Great size. Easy to store and maneuver. I haven't played with it much yet other than to fire it up.
Wow, for an oil-free, it is quiet. Really quiet. My old craftsman pro oil-free was like a canon going off compared to this.
Nah, this is SC. It ain't that complicated. I live in a lakefront community and I live on the bottom end of a hill. The "developer" was Duke Power (Crescent Communities) and water is a problem everywhere here. It's more of a PITA than a real structural problem. The dry creek bed was build on...
I just noticed that this is on sale through Craftsman Club for $289, and includes a $100 air tool kit. Probably not the greatest tools, but still, free is free.
I might have to look at that one.
Won't work. Hill slopes in wrong direction. One side is to a retaining wall to my yard. The other is to the neighbors yard. I'll have to get some pics to see.
I've had 3 quotes. All said I need a 24" catch basin and 12" or 15" pipe. I get a LOT of water.
I used to have a Craftsman PRO horizontal 220volt. I think it was 33 gal, 5-6hp. It was "okay" but really loud. Overkill for a lot of what I was doing, but I did paint with it okay. I sold it for what I paid for it.
I think I'll keep this one unless there are better alternatives. Someday I'll...
I definitely don't need concrete. Just corrugated or hard wall rigid plastic type.
I have a friend who runs a SunBelt rental store, so getting the trencher and the bobcat should be easy.
Okay, this isn't garage per se, but I'm trying to control water runoff on my property so it doesn't go on my driveway and into my garage.
Right now, along the back property line, we have a rock bed that channels water off the property onto the next one. It actually starts about 2 houses over...
