    Does this call for uf cable?

    in order to get wire from my panel to my enclosed porch, i have to go out of the house literally the length of a conduit body and then into the porch. so just to make this 6-8 inch jog, is uf required since its outside for that little bit? or can i legally get away with nm cable? thanks

    Can i drill a 1 1/4 hole through 4 x 6 roof rafters of my breezeway? i need to drill all 4 of them. the wall is about 9 feet long with just a roof, no second story. Thanks.

    Attached or detached.

    So i was contemplating my electrical run, and got to thinking. My house is attached to the garage via breezeway. So does this make it attached or detached? My concern is needing to be concerned about firewall breaching, or ground rods. Is this all up to the ahj? TIA. Chris

    i have a snap on kra4107b, that needs drawer slides. i cant find them on the snap on website to get them warrantied. the part number on the current slides are 8-2388A. does anyone know if there is a updated part number for this? thanks. chris
