I've been debating the same 2 lifts and can't figure out if a raptor will fit underneath. Have you tried to fit it underneath with a car on top? The dimensions say it should fit with 1-2" on the top and ~5" per side. Seems rather cramped but could be worth it to stack 2 vehicles.

If this were a fully enclosed basement I'd agree with that, unfortunately one side is a walk out, and currently it's the wrong side. At the least, the correct side will need to be dug out and then the soil will need to be graded again.
