    Craftsman RHFT

    Grainger has Craftsman Industrial RHFT ratchets listed in their catalog. Are these the same as the old Craftsman round head ratchets? I've heard that you can get the 40% off the catalog price somehow. Can someone confirm this or tell me how to get such a discount?
