any body here ever use Steelex Industrial out of Strathmore....

who do you guys in California recommend going with.....looking to build a 40x60 metal building....looks like there are tons of suppliers in the central valley but how do you pick one...

i know this is a garage thread but i'm sure there are a few plumbers here... my tenant just called and said they had no "cold" water... i thought she had to be mistaken so i went right over to see what was up....sure enough hot water at the sinks and the tub but no cold...couldn't see any...

I'm in the planning process of building a new house and a detached shop....my concern at the moment is getting power to the building site....which is about 600'....wanted a minimum 200 amp service and maybe a 400...my question is how much should i expect the cost to be to run that...
