I bought the 11 piece version for $105 on Amazon. They work really good, not too much torque is lost. Seem very well put together, only issue is the markings are kind of faint.

Cheapest best setup is autel DS808, its the cheapest bidirectional fully featured autel scanner. About $649...

Re: Harbor Freight US General 56" Toolbox Combo VS. Menards Masterforce 56" Combo I've had my HF 56 gen 1 for 3 years now, I abuse the **** out of it and it still works perfect. Latches are annoying, but you get used to them. In the end I just like thicker heavier duty construction.

Need multiple tools these days. Nothing does everything. I use Autel and OTC Encore for most everything. For BMW and Mercedes I use cloned factory tools or Autel or OTC for basic stuff. For Audi and VW I use Rosstech VCDS

I hate ball hexes on anything automotive, since its almost guaranteed to strip it, due heat cycles and over tightening.

Picoscope, I picked up a 4425 and I love it. I have a single channel AESWave one for simple things, but for everything else it can't be beat.
