    Plowing stone driveways?

Driveway is 200ish foot paved from house to street. But stone from house to barn (about another 200 feet). Don't typically plow that section, but recently have needed to get other vehicles back to barn to work on and although they are AWD, not going to make it with 10-12 inch of snow, like we...

Hunter R611. Lower heads after compensation?

I have a Hunter P611 with DSP300 heads. Works fine, but I just got a 21 GT500 that is super low and has the factory splitter in front (and belly pan level with splitter). So no way front toe sensors will ever be able to "see" each other. If I compensate heads @ the center of wheels, can I...

    Direct-Lift 8K 4-post problems

Just another data point. Was pretty happy with the lift for the past 3 years until a couple months ago, it started raising much slower than it had been. Max I've ever had on it was a Grand Marq, maybe 4300 lbs. I've lifted it up/down maybe 80 times in 3 years, what I would consider moderate use...

Re-furb Rotary 2 post or buy new

Got an SPOA98 (it's assymetric) from a GM plant that closed up in North Jersey about 7 years ago. Seemed cheap enough at the time as I won it on opening bid of $721. Had a friend pick it up and drop it off, so never really looked it over that well until now. Dad, an electrician, sees it and...
