    Armstrong Stamp Differences

    I bought a single wrench to fill a missing spot in my Armstrong Long metric set. When it showed up it had an 'AS' logo rather than the arm and hammer type logo. Can someone educate me on the differences here such as change in mfgr or location, date, etc.?
