My prybars don't have USA on the shafts. It is on the handle, there is TAIWAN molded in the rubber. Maybe there are different sets floating around from different places.

Pry Bar Set was PBSO4A. the orange handled striking ones. The radiator hose tool isn't stamped, but the plastic wrappinh had a sticker with the product # and a bar code. Under it said Made In Taiwan.

Seems like a decent gun for the price. I, like bluebolt, bought the kit that came with 2 batteries, a charger, and a carrying case. Works well, took off lugnuts on my car pretty easily.
