I prefer 5-8 week term for payoff. I keep the new accounts below 500 till I get to know the customer. As far as techs leaving (SKIPS) Depends on the amount. I might take one or two guys to court each year if its worth it. Others turn up sooner or later and some are never found. Every business...

I swap them out for new. Not sure what Matco has. We have no Matco dealers in the area.

Well the chrome process is still tanked by hand by two guys and they did have a bad batch a while back because I heard the same story when I was at the plant. Cornwell has been very good about there chrome and the warranty. Any bit of chipping turn them in for new. When they process the returns...

Anybody use one yet? I worked with one at a Tool Rally last month and will be meeting with Launch for training this weekend. Cant wait! This tool is great so far!! Cant wait to train up some customers on it. Here is a link for some info on it if you have not seen it
