Having bought both these and the more expensive set with a cover from Costco, I can say the ones with the cover are much nicer. The keyhole slot mounting method failed on me and one light swung down. Luckily it didn't hit my car. They're also easier to hard wire and I like the light color better.

Both times my China sets were from Illinois.

Second order came in, China again. Only reason I was ordering this was I had a gift card to use up. Now I get to drive over to sears to return the ****, and wait until something decent pops up again to try my luck.

That is where my first China set came from, and where my second set is coming from. Pretty sure I'll be getting China again.
