Thanks, you guys make a great product! Thanks. The sensor is made by sensorpush. I used miniwax stain and 5 coats of polyurethane. Diluting the poly with mineral spirits helps give it a clear smooth finish.

Doors are 7' and the ceiling is 8'.

Workbench finished, came out pretty well.

I use this to monitor the temperature and humidity in my garage via my phone. It stores a years worth of data and graphs it nicely. I have a low and high temp and humidity warning programmed into it as well.

Bench is built. Next I will build the drawers, paint then stain.

How it sits now! This was my first time doing any sort of interior work and I think it came out pretty well. Next step is to build a workbench and get some more shelving and cabinets. Oh, some more bikes as well. :beer:

Now, probably my favorite part was priming and seeing how well the walls came out! Now time for color! I was trying to decide if I should carry the blue around or keep it as an accent wall.. And flooring! Some finishing touches, put in baseboard trim and window/door trim.

And for what felt like forever, i spackled and sanded... This being my first time with drywall/spackle I made some rookie mistakes. Worst being not finishing the drywall perfectly. Any misalignments and bumps I left thinking oh I'll just spackle it smooth! This is why the spackle fade is so huge...

I decided to go with R38 for the attic. Installation was pretty easy, and now I would be warm this winter while I finished everything else. Next step was to hang the walls. And the absolute worst part of this project...

Now the garage did have cable run to it, but it turns out they ran it through the dirt, no conduit. It ended up cut somehow so I had to replace. I decided to run an ethernet line as well the proper way. Next I got the TV up and connected. I would be running everything through the wall...

Thanks for posting up the build progress, I've been interested in seeing how these would turn out since they announced them. I wasn't very impressed with their on-track condo's when I looked at them, but the garages seem to be the way to go.
