Sorry for the delayed response, we were on vacation in Nova Scotia (see below). We used Homeward Trails rescue to get Darby and when we got him he had heart worm and sadly he had to have the full treatment to get over them. But as you can see it hasn't effected him at all. In the first one...

At the track Darby is my pit boss and routinely we walk the track before an event so he can advise me on the driving line. Here he is at MOSPORT last weekend. This shot was taken after he told me not to leave rubber like this on the front straight. Following his advise, I didn't.

For those of us that use their jack at the track, the appeal is the low weight of the aluminum jack. Not so much while in the pit or paddock, but more to keep the weight down in car hauler/trailer. With all the stuff we drag to the track it starts to add up so you start evaluating everything...

My Grandfather had a slight twist on this same thought, he would profess that "a person makes their own luck" through being prepared, hard work, paying attention to the details, covering all the bases, etc... I've benefited by his wisdom and I appreciate/admire when others have lucked into...

OK, but the real question is did you send it in to get powder coated? Also, can you ask Chris if this is going to be on the test?
