I have two options, i can purchase (from the post frame kit supplier) 1/8" single bubble R-3 condensation barrier for $260 and it will be delivered with the kit. Or i can go to Mendards/Home Depot and have a bunk of 7/16" OSB delivered for around $400 and use that as the condensation barrier...

Its confirmed, 2 weeks or so and I will have a 30x40x10 kit sitting in my back yard. Biggest cash purchase of my adult life, feels good :) Just thought id post and say THANK YOU to everyone who guided me and made sure i got off on the right foot!

Ive determined that i cant go over the 24x32 footprint because of the sharp rise in truss cost after the 24' width. Im a bit torn between what i have now (8 ft ceiling) and possibly getting 10-12-14 ft ceilings. To move up to 12 ft ceiling will add about $700. 14 ft ceilings will add $1200...
