just about everytime it will be rings or vavles, dumb question, how much oil are you putting in? splash lubricated pumps dont need much oil, just want to make sure you arent over filling it and thats where the carry over is coming from.

do you have the model number of that IR? if you do just type it in at irtools.com and you should be able to get an exploded drawing of the unit. there are a lot of models on an 80gal. usually the drain is a 2" port, with a hex bushing plug, find out what size that is, get a street ell and pipe...

well i feel bad because my two dogs are a cocker spaniel and a very large springer spaniel and they get the same shock. whats funny is that the springer is way more scared of the shock than the cocker.
