I started a thread on here for the same unit... I bought it, and it works fine for me.. Yes the hose is small, but the port is the same size as other ridgid units, so I'm just using my old hose... Just using it to **** up garbage... Wasn't looking for a $75-100 vac...

Oh well I'm gonna give it a shot as an outside beater for my blast cabinet... Noise doesn't really matter.... Gonna see if I can blow it up lol....
