    Nice restoration job! I think mine has the original hundred -year old paint job. I will have to investigate the main screw spring/setscrew .I inherited mine also over 35 yrs. ago from an uncle & never did anything with it other than mount it & use it.She deserves some TLC & new paint this...

    Thanks. It was handed down to me about 35 yrs.ago & I thought it was odd to not even have a model or serial number on it. Its the heaviest one I’ve ever handled. 3x27 belt.

    Nice Job on the restoration. I have the same model with a swivel base. It was handed down to me over 35 years ago. Mine is overdue to be restored but works fine. No clue as to date of manufacture.
