Festool Track Saw Rail Storage Solution

I actually hadn't thought about the additional load until after posting this. I have side mounted jack screw openers and I called the install company that put them and the doors in. Their service tech laughed at me a little and said that the openers, shaft, and spring I have will not even...

Festool Track Saw Rail Storage Solution

I did. It was bent at about the 2/3 mark and now is attached to my super fancy/overpriced TSO GRS rail square (It was a gift). That way I have a ready square edge rail cutting down 2X materiel and panels less that 24" wide. Now I need to figure out a mount for it... Making Lemon-aid out of...

I have lights, kayaks, bikes, snowboards, and ladders on the ceiling already.:) My garage doors are/were really under utilized. I am eyeballing the other one for another project.

Festool Track Saw Rail Storage Solution

I tipped over my 55” Festool track saw rail and bent it along the spine. There was no fixing it and I said DIRTY words! It has almost happened 20 times and I kept “meaning to do something about it…” Like many of us here on GJ, I do not have any easily accessed extra wall space. I looked...

Bought the kit too and am assembling it. I need a tubing straitener, but not paying $130 for it. Building one quickly this weekend with .75" nylon bearing rollers I already have.

    Show us your welding projects

Yep, have had really good luck in using it for projects in the past. It welds like a champ and is best of all free. I have two more king/queen frames that I picked up on the side of the road broken down and stored in my angle iron storage rack.

    Show us your welding projects

The first use of the new welding table was to fab up some bee hive stands. I sourced the steel from an old bed frame.

    Show us your welding projects

After years of making do, welding on concrete slabs or steel sawhorses or toting whole projects to someone else’s shop, I decided to build a solid, adaptable welding table of my own. I would LOVE to have a big Baileigh welding jig table, but I don’t have pockets that deep for something that...

rotary lift blue - locally available version?

See if you can find a Sherwin Williams automotive paint shop. You can get the color and finish a little closer or spot on vs a house paint store. You can also get the paint in a two-part epoxy or in a hardened version - much better for a lift.

Building Garage/Shop in Northern WA State

Pacific Garages did the initial work on my garage. Was not happy with the work and owner would not stand behind warranty. Leaky window framing, siding that had to be replaced, and slab issues. Had to have repair done to a new building...
