Thanks, and yea probably gonna take a little while to make it look decent, i still have to find a way to fill in the other missing piece that broke off. I dont have the other piece so i might chip some off a break rotor and slowly weld to that. Just a long process hopefully it will be worth it...

Just finished welding the broken piece on, made a v groove and filled it in. Hopefully it doesnt crack overnight. Im going to put it in a tub of a sand. Thanks for all the help so far.

Also Im going to grind all of these welds off just welded on the bottom incase it didnt work.

UPDATE ON THE VISE I figured that if I keep restoring it im gonna need to see if i can repair the broken piece. I'm 15 and have only welded 2 or 3 things mainly a sheet metal brake and some tools. But i dont have an oxygen acetalyne torch or a stick welder, just a mig welder. So i switched to...
