    KRSC10 Availability or Alternatives?

I wish they would bring back that cart. It's a great size for smaller shops. I tired to buy one 3 years ago but with no luck so I bought a KRSC326 but find it heavy to push around my small shop when loaded with tools

    Crushproof Tubing - Exhaust Hose

I would like to add some type of exhaust ventilation system to my home garage and the few threads that popped up made reference to the company Crushproof Tubing. I spoke with them this week and they gave me all the details of what I need for a simple system to run the hose out the garage door...

What is the point of 1/4" impact sockets?

What type of impact swivels are you using? I have been thinking about getting a set since I use my 3/8 swivels so much. Bob

Any new 3/8 M12 FUEL Ratchet owners??

I saw the new fuel ratchets at a tool show and I was not really impressed with them. They had the old 3/8 drive ratchet next to the new fuel one and I found the fuel ratchet to be twice as heavy as the regular one. The head on the fuel was very strong but it made it very heavy. It is not...

    Snap-On KRSC Question

Yes, they do. I purchased one 2 years ago for $100 CAN. It's a very nice mat to protect the top box. I do not recall the part number off hand. I would have to check my old invoices. Bob

Battery charger for keeping battery alive when using a scan tool

Based on the recommendation above I was looking into power supplies and came across this model PSR-1240. I was wondering if anyone has experience with this style? http://www.rpelectronics.com/psr-1240-switching-mode-power-supply-13-8vdc-40a.html My Snap-on dealer was also pushing an EEBC500. I...

Battery charger for keeping battery alive when using a scan tool

Being a Canadian car, I cannot shut off the the auto day time running lights therefore I had the lights on, the scanner connected and then occasionally running the ABS pump controlled with the scan tool. I knew I had a weak battery but I thought I would have enough power to get the break bleed...

Battery charger for keeping battery alive when using a scan tool

As the title states, I am looking for a battery charger which I can use to keep the the car's battery alive when using a scan tool. Specially, I was using my scanner to bleed the breaks on a Tahoe and the scanner wanted the battery on but the engine off. The battery was an older one and I...

    Air Chuck and Tire Inflator

Thanks for all the input. I think I will speak with my Snap-on dealer next week to pick up the air chuck. Worst case if it does not work I can always change out the closed fitting to an open one. The funny thing is I think the SG Tool Aid air chuck comes with a closed fitting. If I do not have...

    Air Chuck and Tire Inflator

I was looking at the Milton catalog and as you mentioned some are listed as "open" and others are listed as "closed". For my understanding would a "closed" chuck be like a check valve and it lets air out but not air in? where as a "open" chuck lets air in and out? Bob

    Air Chuck and Tire Inflator

I was hoping someone could explain why standard air chucks cannot be added to a tire inflator. I currently own this Tool Aid tire inflator (which I love by the way) and I would like to add a handle to the end just to make it a little more comfortable to hold. Why can't an "air chuck" be...

    The Harbor Freight PASS/FAIL Thread...

Has anyone had experience with the Mityvac vacuum pump harbour freight sells. I was just wondering if it was a true Mityvac pump or a lower quality one. Most Mityvac stuff is top quality in my opinion. https://www.harborfreight.com/automotive-motorcycle/brakes/mityvac-vacuum-pump-39522.html

Recommendations for a good low current clamp meter/probe

I will try it again tonight. I think my problem might have been not waiting long enough after discounting the battery. I waited 2 hours after setting up the car but maybe only 5 min after disconnecting the battery.

Recommendations for a good low current clamp meter/probe

Thanks Rickss96 I will give that a try when I have a little time to let the vehicle sit, maybe over the weekend. In the meantime I thought I would spend a little time out in the garage and see if I actual have a parasitic draw on my vehicle. So before buying a meter I thought I would borrow a...
