I just picked up a TL72, 1/4" ratchet, that is really smooth, however I am not a big fan of the thin handle. Does SO have any thicker handle fine tooth 1/4 ratchets?

I worked for their US HQ (FESTO, the parent of FESTOOL) years ago. Very strict as far as quality, workmanship and attention to detail. They make a lot of the parts that drive assembly lines worldwide as well. I never used their tools but I'm sure the quality is exemplary.

I too have used this on my Explorer suspension parts and my Mustang with good results each time. It's broken stuff loose that even my impact could not do on first try.

I've used the 3.5T on my 03 Explorer, not sure if that helps. I've also jacked up center under frame without issue. On my fathers 2 ton lincoln, I jack up one side then the other.

That's sort of the plan slydit. Have reamed the hole plenty, overcome a minor interference halfway through and now I'm close to the other side. I estimate now about 6-12". I'm hittining something now, perhaps slag concrete from the patio or foundation? Prefer not to break through the foundation...

I'll be running conduit under a huge concrete slab and have started by preparing a ditch alongside my garage. Is it better to break the concrete close to the house and bring it up to above grade, enter the house, then back down, or, is it better to simply enter/exit the house below grade...
