Love the look of your tiles! I'm under the impression that ceramic nor porcelain tiles can hold up to the wear and tear a garage encounters... your thoughts?

Slab looks terrific, and the build is coming along wonderfully - keep us posted! I'm curious: besides removing the tree and shrubs what other labor did you perform before the concrete guys took over? What was the final cost for the digging, framing and pour?

A first-rate build that I’ve been following since day one and it’s a beaut! Now that the kitchen is nearly finished, I do question the size of it in relation to the house. From your initial drawings, the kitchen seemed small – was this due to lack of floor space, or was it intentional all along?
