My garage is a little over 4,000 square feet right now & before I built or added on, I went to each neighbor who had property abuting mine or whose property would abut mine were the streets not there & told them what I was going to do....including fencing & landscaping.....nobody had problems...

In the Dec/Jan edition there is a step-by-step description of how to build a pole barn to include a how-to build trusses & roofs.....lots of photos, drawing & simple to follow instructions.....anybody could read that article and build their own barn.

I learned that if the Craftsman Club card isn't used for some time, the account dies & you have to start a new one...I get the flyers & everytime I buy a tool, I show the salesperson my club card even though I don't use a Sears card for the purchase.

Slowly.....most everything is finished except a little wiring & figuring out how to stop the oil leask into the dry sump.

Don't feel bad, mine is 90x48 & is attached to the house by a huge breezeway that contains an in-deck hot tub & complete outdoor kitchen.....the 2nd floor contains a huge gameroom with full kitchen...full bathroom & pantry are on the 1st floor....2/3 of 2nd floor is storage.....& we're planning...

I see them for sale around here all the time...prices vary from $3,200 to $5,000.

Frame & suspension complleted - think you'ver seen photos of it when I rolled it outside for first time....fuel tank is on frame & I've modified it with an internal electric fuel pump....transmission is rebuilt, engine is painter Chevrolet Orange & I'm detailing it....next photos I'll take will...
