I'm of the belief that if "it's invisible and can kill me", I prefer not to DIY. So, that applies for gas and electrical. Sure, I *could* hook up another breaker or tee a gas line, but I'd prefer a pro. note: I have done both ... but still prefer it being done by a pro. Just IMHO.
