    Yup the header bolt is definitely in there. Also with the Mac headers I noticed that one of the flanges can wiggle. Right where the steering shaft is. How can I fix this ? Not welding, right?

    I wish it were an LS. It's an LT1 with the infamous optispark. That thing is much easier to change out now that I kinda know what I'm doing. I should invest in a damper puller.

    That's what I was thinking. Steering shaft is always in the way. Ah well, I might look further into buying a right angled drill and a left handed drill soon after I get better headers.

    I got this one today. Can I chase down the So truck to get it repaired. The socket doesn't move in all directions, only one. Must be rusted to hell.
