Hello, I am restoring a Chase Parker No 20 vise. I have no idea the value but the date on it is 1854. I is missing the swivel mechanism but everything else is in great shape. Can someone tell me the value? Can someone tell me how to get or make the bottom swivel mechanism? Thank you!!

I need help identifying this Reed vise. It has no markings. Type Machine vise, weight 122.6 pounds, jaw with 6" , opens 8 ", no swivel. I believe it was manufactured prior to 1912.
