    Is their any paint left on it? I dont know much about Case, but I think you may possibly have a front end weight instead of a wheel weight. It looks it may bolt to the front corner of the frame and have a matching weight on the opposite corner. What crops were grown in your area? That may help...

    Wrenches with 1/32 sizes

    It was based on the pre WWI standard of the nut should be 1.5 times the bolt diameter or something like that. Some of these sizes were discontinued during WWii, but sometimes a "heavy" hex nut is used, which is larger than the modern size. Some of these are still 32nd sizes.

    6pt vs 12pt

    Since 12 is divisible by both 4 and 6, you can use a 12 pt. socket on both hex head or those old style square head bolts commonly found on old farm equipment, machine tools or lag screws. A 6 pt. socket limits you to hex heads only.
