    I use a cheap harbor freight bandsaw for clean straight cuts. I also like how quiet it cuts. Its slow but cuts well. I use the plasma if I have to cut shapes or something that wont fit into the bandsaw. Sounds like the bandsaw is the way to go for now...until you get the itch for a new toy...

    I put them on the inside so they wouldn't stick out. I didn't want to hit my foot/ankle when working and walking around the table. The only down side to this design would be the space you lose on the bottom shelf. The caster needs plenty of space to turn 360. The table is big so I do have a...
