R. Deshane, Fabricated up a stand for my post vise out of some 1/2" steel plate and a 9" scrap hunk of I-beam. I have the same vice set up with I-beam and plate steel for the fabrication. I love the weight and stability of the design.

Stain kilz on the PT will keep the treatment from bleeding through the paint. Stain Kilz works on both oil based and water based PT chemicals
