Happened to me too when I ordered mine at around 11:30 PM. The $17.99 price never showed up. I still ordered it. When I go to pick it up today I will ask about not receiving the 10% discount. I doubt they will do anything about it, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

I was originally thinking the answer was the HF torque wrench. However, the more I research the more negative reviews I find regarding it's inconsistency. Some say theirs works great while others say it's junk.
