yeah that is a gooooood price. im glad i didnt buy it few weeks ago.. it was something like 10euros more then. but now i dont know if i want to buy it anymore. not sure if i like the direction switch/method of the facom.

another thing i like in that fein design.. the one hand.. or one finger push button to release the battery. i am searching for cheaper end drill for my dad to use with similar easy release. he REALLY struggles with dual release buttons with his arthritic fingers. he needs to use screwdrivers...

i was wondering why bigger "Ah" battery would make the same tool more powerful than with smaller Ah battery? (dead or empty battery that cannot produce the demanded amperage or voltage anymore is ofcourse understandable reason why it is not as good, but just comparing a small vs big okay...

now that bosch looks like very compact drill. but it seems that looking at the pictures there is huge difference in the size of the handle thickness. so i think the handle is about as big as it has been in earlier bosch models. so it would be just too chunky to my chubby hands to hold...

oh. and the shovel trick does work in the ground too. done that when my back has been aching or if there is someone helping me. used my knee on the handle of the shovel.

WIX. i do change oils more often than "advised" (about half the mileage or once a year). and on my old diesel mercedes i change the filter once between oilchanges (because it is so easy to change as it is on top of the engine.)

most often used 1st. Enlan el-02. Sog FlashII. Spyderco Tenacious. Spyderco Delica4. Sog TwitchII. these are the ones i normally rotate in my pocket carry. all, others not so often. for these 5, i have bought a backup also incase they get lost or something.

on tools. it actually matters how they feel in YOUR hand. so do go and try the ones that you like and the ones suggested here. some prefer slimmer handles others want beefier, some want shiny others dull finish, raised panels or smooth. and especially important is how long the tools are. too...

i advice anyone using anything chromed or non-impact sockets on anything with impact cabability. i do not like the sharp chrome shards that might bounce out of the socket into ones eye ..or just thru the skin anywhere else. normals sockets might crack and break into fragments. impacts more...
