So most of you guys have much better looking garages then I do. I seem to take two steps back for every step forward. With that being said I love being out there. The only constant so far is the overhead door. How do you guys decorate/adorn, or otherwise use the back of the overhead door?

Trying to work up a lighting diagram, reading thru threads and it seems that these terms are used alot, but not together. When you research lights it lists lumens, so is there a specific lumens per square foot equation?
I have started planning my wiring and before getting to crazy I have what may be a stupid question. I will have 2 duplex outlets in a box every 8 feet or so. I want the 2 outlets in the same box to be on separate circuits. That way if I need to plug in two high demand things at the same time...

Starting the move, combining two households and moving from Denver to Montrose. 3 acres, oversized 2 car attached, 26x30 stick built out building. Place needs lots of love but we start with some equity and the shop is a blank slate.
I'm thinking of add a lean 2 closet on the outside of my shop for my compressor. I figure it would be a lot quieter, and save space inside. Any thoughts or ideas would be welcome.
