I’ve been meaning to verify this, but I can’t remember whether there’s MBI on the roof or if the soffits are vented. It’s been a while since I was last up there. For the ceiling, my plan is to install OSB first, then place the existing foam board on top of it on the attic side.

There is currently no insulation above the existing foam board.
