Garages of Texas was affordable five years ago, now a unit can run 250k that might fit four cars at best with a mezzanine. They advertise resale units in the 450k range. Great idea for rich folks. They have open houses at these communities, and they are outrageous.

I use the blue paper towel rolls from Costco. I also have a roll paper towel dispenser I picked up from Sam’s. Absolutely awesome when you find yourself in need, put your hand under it and out comes paper towel without having to touch anything. A great option for the garage.
