    Show us your EPIQ's

Ultimately decided to pass on the 68" quote. I have all my body tools in a roll cart right now, seperated from my big box. I was worried I would run out of room on the 68" over time. Decided to stack some pennies away for an 84" until this fall when he comes back around.

Rock and Roll stopped in Tuesday. Quoted a 68" gunmetal with titanium trim and bedline top. After rebates and my trade I was looking at $7k. Have until tomorrow morning to let him know!

Sockets on sale for this month. Picked up a set of 3/8" metric semi deeps, traded my old 1/4" deep/shallow metric for new set. Also picked up this bogo. 1/2" drive, 10-24mm and 1/2-1 1/2". Deal was too good to pass up.

    Momentary switches to reverse polarity?

I drew this up from a similar circuit online. Would it work?

    Momentary switches to reverse polarity?

Ok I gotcha. I'm not familiar with a diagram like that is why I was asking. I'm still a little confused haha. I'm trying to interpret that drawing into a little more visual type. I believe the motor has a limit switch

    Momentary switches to reverse polarity?

Ok I got the jist of the circuit. Please forgive me but I'm not quite sure what the 40 and 50 labeled symbols mean.

    Momentary switches to reverse polarity?

Guess I should've mentioned that the momentary switches are being held down for operation.

    Momentary switches to reverse polarity?

This is a follow up thread to my latching circuit earlier this year. Which work s great. The goal here is to take two momentary switches and reverse the motor direction of a center stand on a motorcycle. Press one momentary switch and the stand folds down, press another and it folds up...

Just a former body man, current part time fabricator and full time mechanical engineering student here. Bought a FCF72 the other day and found a spare spot to stick it. KRL incoming when the rock and roll truck comes back to town. #socketdrawersaturday anyone?

Using a momentary switch to deliver constant power?

Im going to try the diagram I have above in about two weeks when I get back around the bike. Waytek lists those latching relays at around $40/per! Hopefully this works before I come to that.

Using a momentary switch to deliver constant power?

I did omit those because the factory harness supplies power to those switches. Ill just use the signal from the master switch to trigger the power relay for the air ride system. Thanks to everyone for the help. This is an odd request around here I know but Im very appreciative for all the help.

Using a momentary switch to deliver constant power?

I tried to revise it this evening between classes.

Snap On impact sockets - are they "really" too soft?

Was told by my rep that they make them softer than the chrome ones intentionally because when used on an impact, the harder chrome sockets wear out the friction ring and anvils quicker than a softer impact socket will.

Using a momentary switch to deliver constant power?

This is the switch kit. http://mstore.harley-davidson.com/store/auxiliary-power-switch-kit---fairing-mount And instructions say that the switches without a relay are for 2amps and below. The solenoid is undoubtedly more than that so a relay will be a must for the solenoid as well as the master...

Using a momentary switch to deliver constant power?

Heres what I have as of tonight. I still havent came up with a good idea for a master power switch to the whole system. The switches Im using are OEM Harley accessory switches which are plug and play. There is a connector at the dash then it routes below the seat. So with some trial and error...
