Are you keeping the frig? Instead of a work bench I would use two HF 44" boxes and leave a gap between them and build a wood top over both for a work bench. If you have an Ikea near by you can use their kitchen cabinets to fill in the rest of the area. Here is a pic of my garage to show you...

After many years of working on lifted vehicles I can give you some advice. Go and purchase the HF hoist, had mine for 6 years with no issues. Then what ever truck or jeep you are working on keep a set of stock rims/tires around so you can bolt them on to lower the vehicle to get the engine out...

You will need a pressure switch that will have 220v coming in from the panel. From the pressure switch to the motor you will need wiring also. Make sure you get right pressure switch to turn the motor on and off at the correct pressure and get pressure pop off valve rated for the tank Hope...

Armature shop found both capacitors and a switch in the motor were bad. They are going to replace and repair all for $250. Sounds like good seal to me.
