WHats the model number for the 3/8 breaker?

I've been looking for some breakers. Maybe you can sell em to me and put the ratchet in one if the above gentlemans hands. Is the blue point U.S. Made?

I should have stated it better. Basically, I need it to work on the brake and fuel lines of my old chevies. I need an sae set (i think) and i'm not sure about the thin wall deal. What constitutes thin walls? Old tool man, i'm interested.
