    WTB: old spud/iron working wrenches

What about a Billings 1-7/16? Wrench is sound, little rusty. Someone marked over the factory marking with some ID initials, but you can still make out "1-7/16 , Billings, and the B in a triangle mark. Shipping would cost more than I want for it, it's pretty heavy. PM me if interested.

    Major tool brand horror story

I'd sue not only the guy that ran the truck, but join the main company as a defendant also. Then, go for punitive damages for the companies failure to know what the dealer was doing. In most states, a rep of a company is viewed AS the company, whether an independent franchisee/dealer/rep/etc. I...

Lets make an all vintage Snap-on tool picture thread!

Thanks Snapmom, I just received an email with the same information. The guy that sold it to me told me it was a distributor wrench, but that just goes to show you not to believe everything you hear. Funny thing is, I don't know why I buy things like this, I guess it's the search for their use...

Lets make an all vintage Snap-on tool picture thread!

Does this count? I really don't know much about Snap-on,but I think this is pretty old, looks like a 1931 date code (or could be a handling mark?). I really don't know when it was made, but I do know it is 5/8 inch on each end, and appears to be a distributor wrench. I ran down the patent...
