    Craftsman Toolbox Thread

Looking back at the catalogs I have and it does not show up in the 1971 catalogs, but that certainly doesn't mean it wasn't available. It does show up in the 1972-73 catalog though, so I stand corrected there. Either way, a gem indeed.

Fresh from the swap meet - Wooden handle Millen stubby-ish screw starter. Patent from 1929, not sure how old this one is, but I'd have to assume it is pretty early.

    Show Your Vintage Knife

This was a find from late last summer. Craftsman branded Schrade Walden X-47S Safari hatchet. Can't find it listed in any of the tool catalogs, but maybe it showed up in the hunting & camping catalogs. Not in the best shape, but pretty uncommon as far as the Craftsman version.

    Identify Craftsman wrench set

The more I looked around for information on this, I think what I posted earlier is different from what you have. That post mentioned that the wrenches were -VV- wrenches made by Easco and yours is a -K- wrench made by SK. I think what you have is a promotional item for the "Craftsman 1994...

let's see your craftsman block grinders

Picked this up today. Didn't need it, but I'm a sucker for the crown logo, and doubly so for the commercial version. Some interesting stuff (to me anyway) when looking for more information on this in Craftsman catalog scans. (more info below) So pretty easy to date this since it has JUL 31...

    hacksaws?

Craftsman saw with marks that look like BF, but I'm assuming it is a mis-strike BE. The bottom photo was posted on a Craftsman social account and dated as 1941. I have tried to find the whole thing or more information on what it was from without any luck.
