M12 Fuel 3/8" impact on car lug nuts

Especially the M12 3/8 impact. OP, if you have to use a 3/8 impact, upgrade to the M18 line, but I would recommend using the M18 1/2 impact over the M18 3/8.

What is this for in a snap on box?

Sounds like tjmonsen5 and WWheeler are right then, it's a writing tray that's just begging to be removed so you can make room for more tools without having to futz with it to get at the tools that would be under it.

What is this for in a snap on box?

Does it move? Is it a hinged lid? My wild-*** guess, based just on the picture, is that there's supposed to be a lock in that hole, and that's where you can store important paperwork that needs to be locked 24/7, so you can leave your box unlocked during the day but not give other people access...

Would you buy a welder without testing it?

I would buy it without testing it if I bought it cheap enough that I could sell it as non-working and recoup my money. But I wouldn't pay top, or even middle dollar for it, unless I verified that it worked.

When are AA and AAA batteries concidered Dead

Yup, it does, watch the video I linked you to. It won't give a guaranteed or exact result, but it will at least get you inside the ballpark. If it doesn't bounce then it's fine, if it does bounce then you should check it. It's definitely a more efficient way to check, instead of sticking a volt...

What are you buying from Sears right now (3/2017) with that $20 off coupon?

Guess I'm the only one having issues to where the system won't let me log in? I don't have the wrong password or anything like that, it's that nothing happens when I click the login button after typing in my login info. Then I go to the recover password thing just in case, and the same thing...

    Oscillating multitool recommendation

If your purpose is general home use, then do what my Grandpa does and buy the harbor freight version, and then buy another when it dies. If the purpose is pro use, then I think any of the three you listed will do fine. I'd pick the one you like the looks of the best.

Mobil 1 Synthetic oil rebate is back! 5 quarts for $13.47

You don't need to buy the filter and oil on the same receipt, you can buy them on separate receipts. It says receipt(s) and purchase(s), which means you can make two separate purchases if you need to.

where can I find a HF 20% off coupon ?

You don't even need to print out the coupon, all they want is the number. All I do is I find a coupon on my phone and give them the number, they type the number into the computer and it gives me my free item or 20% off.

Mobil 1 Synthetic oil rebate is back! 5 quarts for $13.47

Then you add in the fact that Amazon has to collect sales tax for a lot of states, and a lot of brick and mortar stores will match Amazon prices, I've started driving to a store and having them price match. I figure if I have to pay sales tax either way, then I might as well have it today...

46 in. 8-Drawer Steel Storage Chest, Red and Black $50 YMMV

Damn, wish I could get my hands on one of those for $50. Unfortunately I highly doubt either of my two local Home Depots will have any at that price, and I don't know where I'd put it since I don't have space for it, or a base to put it on.

I want to learn to weld

That $650 could also save you a lot of time, frustration, and money spent on wire/metal while you bluster through trying to teach yourself how to weld. It all depends on how well you learn on your own with very little in person instruction. Some people do just fine with that kind of learning...

I want to learn to weld

Take a look at your local community college, a lot of them will offer classes to people who want to learn how to weld but don't want a full on degree in welding.

    Computer problem

Don't know which updates you've been getting, but I've been using Windows for almost 26 years, and in that time I've never turned off automatic updates, and I've never had them ever give me a problem. You can tell it to not install the non-vital updates. And it's a little difficult to go to the...

    high security door

Don't forget to build a solid door jam. Doesn't matter how strong the door is if the door jam is easily broken. Also, if the collection is so important you're looking at spending a decent chunk of change on the door, then I'd also take a long, hard look at how you can also reinforce the walls...

Craftsman 36" Pry Bar with Strike Cap, USA $11.99 on Sears.com

Man, I could use one of these, but they're out of stock within 50 miles of me. Might stop at Sears anyways tomorrow since I'll likely be in the area.

I can't see any of my sent messages.

You have to select the "save my sent messages" option for it to save them. By default it's not selected, probably to save on storage space.

I've never experienced that, even when I haven't walked in the door for over 3 months.
