I got all the plywood up on all 4 walls except the top 5 inches. Started putting up the insulation in the ceiling.

I had another 3.5 yards of Crush & Run dropped off this morning and finished the area behind the Garage.

I had 5 yards (about 5.5 tons) of Crush-Run stone delivered and got it spread out. Came out short, I think I will have to get another 3 yards. I may pick up a few more blocks too.

Thank You... That project was never ending, well actually It still is not finished. I have some trim pieces yet to make for the back edge for the bartop and the drip edge for the glass rail.

I tried several calculators and was thinking a 24,000 BTU mini split was more than enough for my 30x34. I was a little surprised when you said you got a 34,000 BTU unit, but I guess the extra area and climate may be the reason. Still not sure on what to get that would fit into the budget.

I sure would like AC right now, the heat slows down my progress. What mini split system did you get and what size is your garage?

Started the third row of plywood walls even though I haven't completed the the second row on 2 of the walls.

P&P excavation came back in to finish the final grade on the driveway with Crush-Run. I had them run the stone 1/2 way down the side of the garage for me to park my trailer. I got a couple yards of topsoil to blend in the stone to the yard. At least 1/2 of the top soil is on the neighbors yard...

We took a few days off last week and went to Gettysburg Bike week. Great weather the whole time except for a little rain on the way home. Can't see much in the pic, but that was Lita Ford in concert Gettysburg Bike Week.

Got more insulation hung. Slow moving but almost done on the lower 8 ft on the walls.

The rain this year has caused my build to be delayed for a couple months, just as the ground dries up, we get another down pour. Hope you have better luck with your build.
