    I use a craftsman. In my experience if the bolt is small enough to need a 1/4 ratchet it's not tightened enough to matter what ratchet you are using.

    Harbor Freight Pittsburgh Pro Ratchets

    I landed a heavy duty diesel apprenticeship right out of school, they supply all my tools and these are my ratchets. They aren't as solid as snap on but they are strong and the teeth are pretty fine. No complaints yet.
